Privacy & cookie policy
How we look after the information you give us.
Who we are
Boland Appliance & Refrigeration, 82 Jan van Riebeeck Road, Paarl. You can reach us on 067 979 8339 or at admin@bolandappliances.co.za.
What we collect and why
When you send us a message through the website we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, your email address if you give one, your town, what you need and your message. We use them only to answer your request, to quote for a repair or sale, and to keep a record of the job.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Messages are stored securely on our web server and kept only as long as we need them to deal with your request and the work that follows. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who sees it
Your message is emailed to our staff and stored on our website's server. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at admin@bolandappliances.co.za.
